Third Millennium -
Ambassador for Innovation
At a prestigious dinner held recently in Llandudno, Third Millennium was chosen as one of nine Ambassadors for Innovation alongside global giants 3M and Calsonic. The award, given by the Welsh Development Agency, recognises the company’s special approach to innovation.
Peter Jones, Managing Director, said “Innovation is not about the technologies, products or services we create. Innovation is about people communicating their ideas freely and openly. If you want to innovate, communicate.”
Long noted as a technical innovator within the security industry, Third Millennium also encourages staff to identify how they can improve internal processes, reduce lead times and to improve the already great service provided to its customers.
Third Millennium now intends to use this new found status as a platform to promote its approach to innovation as a model for other Welsh businesses.
